This will enable us to contact you in the event of a tire recall. Husky Tires respects your privacy and will not use this information to contact you for any reason other than in the event of a tire recall. If you have already submitted a tire registration but wish to inform us of changes to your contact information, please resubmit this form with your updated information. Husky Tire will honor registrations for tires sold by Husky to a verified Husky Tire customer in the United States.

B) Your Tire Information
DOT Code:	Quantity:	The DOT code is the serial code located in the lower sidewall after the word "DOT". The code typically contains a group of 12 characters (letters and numbers). In the photo below, the DOT code is 53LK SU16 3909. The complete DOT code, including date, can only be found on one side of the tire. Depending on how your tires were mounted, it could be on the inside.
